Nya~ I wanna app for human!Envy that would turn into Wrath!Envy, would that be all right? Cause I don't wanna screw up anything because Envy turn into Wrath and stuff...
Somebody already wanted to have Human!Envy and I didn't allow it, because we already have a Human!Verse homunculus (Greed). But, if you're okay with palmtree-head _starting of_ as Wrath, that'd be perfect. He could still be Dante's and Hohenheim's son, just with a different Sin name. (and added bonus: you don't have to come up with a a human name, background, etc).
I don't think Envy's personality should change at all if he actually starts as Wrath... Hatred was pretty much the only emotion he ever showed.
Ne, may I create a whole new 'background' for him though? Like maybe change his clothes and how he died? Create a homonculi, except it just has the same personality and looks as canon!Envy.
I think, that'll work as well. Change whatever you'd like to. You're free to leave a link to the finished fic before you launch it on the comm. That way we can make some minor changes if necessary. ^_^

There's a person who applied for Hawkeye and I plan to convince her to make her into a chimera instead of a homunculus. Remember, there aren't many, who know about human transmutation. It's also forbidden. The military was interested in creating the Stone, not creating homunculi. There's no reason why anybody would have bothered with a simple soldier such as Martel and besides, they were taken _because the military wanted to make chimeras out of them_. I can imagine that Roy managed to free them and turn them to loyal comrades, however, it still needs a little consideration if they are needed in the story. so no homunculus but if you can think up an important role for Martel, tell me.
