That city around the Shinigamy headquarters, it's inhabited by the souls of the people who died in our world, isn't it? Then, how could people age and die there? oO They're SOULS fer' crying out loud, they're already dead! And if in the 78th district, "the adults are all thieves and murderers", who goes to Hell? Those Hollows, who are unchangeably evil? Then, Hell must be echoing from emptiness.
