Joys of life... water, pixel, candy

You won’t know the worth of everyday pleasures until they’re gone. Like electricity. Nasty blackouts, huh? When the computer can’t function, the TV is mute and there’s no light either. Annoying, isn’t it?
On Friday afternoon, we started with the renovation of the bathroom. We had to destroy a little wall, which was actually the wall of the shower, because the tiles started to come off o fit. They said that the type of brick we used to build that wall creates a harmless gas when it gets wet and the pressure makes the tiles to crack and peel off. So we called a craftsman and he pulled down that wall.
However, as he removed the cracked tiles, it turned out, that other walls in the bathroom are wet, so he started to search for the cause. And he found a broken tube in the walls; the water seeping from it caused all the trouble.
Meanwhile, Dad ran off to buy another shower (y’know, the lower part of it, the one you stand on). The damned thing didn’t get fixed until the evening, so I had to go to bed without a shower.
Next day, the renovation continued with all the noise and dust. And on top of that, the Net broke down. At 17:00, I went to the Meet and I came home at 23; the damned shower still wasn’t fixed completely. I was dirty, smelly and I was itching all over. ><
Sunday morning, I asked my parents if I could take a shower now. They said no, the tiles have to dry until the evening. I thought I’m going to explode. So in the evening, I was the first to try out the brand new shower; now we have that glass-walled-type and I kind of like it… ^^ So I washed and now, I feel kind of okay. Water is a good thing.
I discovered the joys of pixel art recently; and I started to draw a room. That’s so totally me: why begin with simple things when I can do a large, complex image first? It develops nicely though; here’s the proof:
BTW, look at this:
Isn’t it the khyoothest little thing evah?
And this…:
It’s always the quiet ones. I love Fury to death. ^^
