Oct. 5th, 2012 07:40 pmSo, basically my Win XP just shat itself - it won't start. And it wasn't an old install. >>
That means several things. Firstly, I'm on my netbook, and I'm rather morose. Second, tomorrow I'm going to buy myself a 2TB winch. And order a new set of memory cards, 4 gigs this time. (Anybody who needs two 1GB DDR2 cards, shout.) Thirdly, due to the memory upgrade, I'm forced to switch to Win7, so I will continue to be morose for a while.
I'll be extremely morose until my beloved softwares (and hardwares) get back on track.
The only good part is that I don't think the old winch fried, so I should be able to recover any data from it. Please keep your pity, thank you.
