Imagine... TURN OFF THE JOHN LENNON, YOU FREAK!!
I was thinking... An unhealthy habit, I should quit. Because this and the recently reclaimed X-men drive spawns bizarre things... Dangerous, sinister things... Like a Marvel AU. An AU, where Xavier is officially a bishonen and Magneto is more or less normal.
Imagine…
Imagine a world, very much alike to the one you know. Now, imagine the humans residing in it, working, loving and hating; living their everyday life.
Got it? Okay.
Now, imagine that the world is more advanced than the one you know. Technology is ever-present, steel and glass glitters in the sun, the vehicles barely make noise as they glide above the ground. Everybody has a TV and a phone and almost everybody owns a computer, sometimes even more of it. However, now add a little twist to the image: remove the corruption which started to seep into the picture, remove the dust and the dirt, the smog and the homeless people. Clean the streets and let the nature move into the city. Add parks, trees, flowers, even streams and clean rivers, birds, squirrels and butterflies.
Beautiful, isn’t it? But we’re not done yet.
Imagine, that Evolution decided to take the next step. Imagine that some of the population was born with a gene, which grants them special abilities. Mind reading. Elemental control. Powerful energy gathered in their hands or eyes. Add the mutants to this world.
And now comes the hardest part. Imagine that there is no difference. Humans don’t hate mutants, they accept and respect them and the mutants accept and respect humans. There’s no discrimination, human kids play with mutant children, the energy beams flash up on building sites, the healing light shines in the hospital rooms, the secretary in the office calls together the meeting via telepathy and there’s always a fireman, who can make rain or stifle the fire.
Hey, put down the House of M.
This is different. This is not Earth as you know it. Look at the map – there are only a few countries. The continents are different as well. And there are no corrupt governments but a handful of powerful leaders to rule this seemingly peaceful world.
First of them is Emperor Xavier, the wise and just leader of the biggest country. He seldom sits on his throne, rather walks among his people, constantly on the move, learning and helping the young mutant kids all over his realm. He’s tall and proud, his robe sweeps the ground and his crown is the proof that he’s not abusing his awesome telepathy. The beautiful jewelry is actually a masterpiece of technology, it blocks his powers. Strange but if he’s not wearing the crown, he can’t walk. It’s due to an old injury. I’ll tell you more if you’re interested later.
Second among the rulers is King Magnus, or, as his enemies call Heaven’s wrath upon him or as his greatest admirers address him, King Magneto. He’s fierce in fight, slightly bitter but a good man with a strong sense of justice. He rules with an iron fist but his people are devoted to him; shared misfortune does that to the soul. Despite his silvery hair, his body is that of a young warrior’s and his armor is a work of art. He’s always prepared to battle along with his royal children, Prince Pietro or Quicksilver and the beautiful Princess Wanda whom people use to call the Scarlet Witch.
Third of the rulers is different from these good men; he’s the Master of Darkness, a powerful scientist and sorcerer, whose ruby eyes flash fearfully in his pale face: Mister Sinister. He’s a tyrant who rules with fear and pain, even his own minions are afraid and disgusted of him. Once, the entire world belonged to him but the current leaders joined forces, trained an army in Sinister’s shadow, and finally overpowered him even though they couldn’t destroy him, merely chasing him and his followers far away to the deserted lands. Needless to say, Sinister is keen on revenge and if he ever manages to gather enough power, he’ll go for the Emperor Xavier’s and King Magnus’s heads.
This much is already established. Now, some eye candy...
So, what did I say...? Isn't he nice? The crown turned out especially good.
*drools* Can jewels be inlaid into titanium...?
This is the only universe, where Pietro is actually proud when somebody calls him "Magnusson". And I think, I have the hots for Wanda. She's a beauty.
Now, any comment and idea is welcomed! The only established things are Magneto's past (he was Sinister's slave once) and that the Shi'ar is coming. No, Lylandra is long dead. The peaceful universe is about to be torn apart by war and I think it's an excellent opportunity for some hot ERIK/CHARLES SMUT!! And Pietro/Wanda incest. And about anything else the Marvel would never actually admit they thought of.
