That's why I wrote, that I KNOW, that it's written with a long o - an o with a line on its top. "Okami" means "great god" and "ookami" means wolf. The kanji is the improtant thing here; and the fact, that I can't write a long o in a comment. And I hate those alternate solutions like "oo" or "ou".
