Poor thing, but gah, I hate you for you videocard. At least you have your new junk.

Windows could simply cope with the new hardware. It CAN'T.
New motherboard kills OSs. And it sounds mighty strange that it can only eat two things. I have like... 8+ shit plugged in (DVD+winchesters) and it's functional. 1TB(!) capacity and I barely have free space, hurr. What is the name of that board?
